AIAA is a national professional organization for aerospace engineers. The WPI student branch is the primary Aerospace organization on campus and one of the largest special interest clubs. It runs a variety of programs for students such as workshops, social events, and guest speakers. It also operates a number of subcommittees such as USLI, Drone Club, and others.
I was elected as Public Relations Officer for the 2020 to 2021 school year making me responsible for the clubs social media, recruiting, and other aspects of our public image. I also created a wiki for the club to organize member knowledge of things like high power rocketry and model aircraft. I created the new website using Django, a Python web framework and Apache, a web server software.
